These terms and conditions apply to the Aarvicasting app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Aarvicasting (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
By downloading or utilizing the Application, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. All rights related to the Application, including content, design, and branding, remain with the Service Provider. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution is not allowed.
Use of the Application
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. They reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time with clear communication. The Application is currently free to use and does not require registration, login, or account creation.
Third-Party Services
The Application is distributed through third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged as it may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues arising from such modifications.
Connectivity & Charges
The Application requires an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for limitations due to lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data, nor for charges incurred from your mobile provider, including roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, it is assumed you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Liability
The Service Provider makes efforts to keep the Application updated and accurate, but relies on third parties for certain information. Therefore, the Service Provider accepts no liability for loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the Application.
Updates and Termination
The Application may require updates to remain functional. You agree to accept such updates when offered. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application will end, and you must delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
